Employee Accidental Death and Dismemberment(AD&D) Insurance in the amount of $25,000 is also provided.
You also receive Flex Credits, which you can use towards purchasing additional AD&D insurance by either buying up to one or two times your salary or by choosing optional AD&D to a maximum of $300,000.

AD&D insurance benefit is paid to your beneficiary by ACE INA Insurance if you die within 365 days following an accident. This plan covers you 24 hours a day, wheather at work, home or on vacation. The benefit received will be in addition to benefits received from any other life insurance plan under which you are covered. If, within 365 dats, as a result of an accident, you suffer a loss such as indicated in the following schedule, you are eligible to receive the benefits. Your exact benefits will depend on the extent of your loss and are illustrated on the following ppages as a percentage of the death benefit paid.
