In this benefit you can choose Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for your Spouse from a number of options.
This benefit will provide a tax-free payment in the event of your Spouse's accidental death or dismemmberment. A schedule of benefit amounts is described in the Plan Details (see INFO icon at the left of the page).
