Select Your Child Critical Illness Insurance Coverage (Child CI)

In this benefit you can choose from a number of Critical Illness insurance options for your child/children. The CI insurance pays a tax free benefit if your child/children survive a critical illness as defined in the Plan Details (see INFO icon at the left of the page).
