In this benefit you can choose Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance from a number of unit based options.
AD&D coverage provides financial assistance if you suffer a loss of life, use of limb, sight, hearing, and/or speech due to an accident. The death benefit is payable to your beneficiary as indicated for Basic Life coverage. The dismemberment benefit is payable to you.
This benefit will provide a tax-free payment in the event of an employee's accidental death or dismemmberment.
