Each year, team members receive Credits equal to 1.15% of your base salary, which is equivalent to three days of pay. You may use the Credits to purchase up to 3 Personal Well Being Days or you may elect to direct your Credits to your Health Spending Account or toward paying off you or your dependents eligible student loan.

If you elect Personal Well Being Days, the time off is paid at your base rate at the time you take the day off, with the usual deductions. Personal Well Being Days must be used in the benefit plan year in which they are granted. Any unused Personal Well Being Days are forfeited at the end of the benefit plan year (February 28) or on the day your employment ends.


Health Spending Account (HSA) - If you choose to allocate your Credits to your HSA, the value of the Credits directed to your Health Spending Account is based on your pay at the time you enroll and is available for use at the start of the benefit plan year (March 1).
