In this benefit you can choose Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance from a number of unit based options.

This benefit will provide a tax-free payment in the event of an employee's accidental death or dismemmberment. Detailed information is provided in your "Summary of Coverage" document at the top of the page, under the «Info» tab.
