Accident Insurance

You can select Accident Insurance coverage in units of $10,000 up to a maximum of $500,000. This benefit is optional.

You may choose to cover yourself only (single coverage) or yourself and your eligible dependents (family coverage). If you choose family coverage, the insured amount will be as follows:

· You : 100% of selected amount

· Your spouse : 50 % of selected amount (60 % if no children); and

· Each child : 10 % of selected amount (20 % if no spouse).
