This page allows you to choose which enrolment activity you want to perform.
If you are entering for the first time or if you have cancelled a previous enrolment you will see Begin Enrolment.
If you have already enrolled and confirmed your information you will be offered an opportunity to Modify Enrolment,
Review Enrolment or Cancel Enrolment and begin again if the enrolment period is still open.
If you are entering the site after your enrolment period has expired you will only be able to Review Enrolment or perform a
Life Event Change.
Life Events are changes to your circumstances i.e., getting married, having a child, losing a spouses coverage. You can perform a Life Event at any time during the year. The date of the Life Event can be backdated up to 30 days. However, you cannot future date a Life Event.
